Before you publish: checklist
- Fill in every [bracketed] item: address, GSTIN, grievance officer, courier and payment gateway names, dispatch times and jurisdiction city.
- Make sure the return terms match what you will actually do. Your homepage promises “30-Day Easy Returns” and “Free Shipping on all orders”, so decide who pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns and keep the policy consistent with that.
- Confirm whether you offer Cash on Delivery, and delete the COD lines if you don’t.
- Create a separate Cookie Policy page, since your footer lists one. Link all four policies in the footer, as they currently appear as plain text.
- Have a lawyer review the final text, especially the liability and data-protection sections.
